This weekend has been pretty nice and mellow. Went yesterday with a car load full of friends for lunch. Yummy seafood!!! Found a great restaurant to go to that I didn't know was there. Ended up in monsoon-like weather on the way back to the friends' house. Uugghh lightning struck very close to the car several times while we were driving back. Shitty weather all the way around.

Got up bright and early this morning to go to the flea market with some friends. Not too bad. A few finds here and there, but it got hot really quick today and it was like shopping on the surface of the sun after about an hour or so. I scored a cool japanese box type lamp for $1 that I am going to be using for a photo art project. I think I'll be putting some polaroid emulsion transfers onto it. Sweet...sorry if I photo=geeked out for a minute there. whatever
All in all life is going okay. Haven't heard from some of my friends in awhile and that is always a bummer, but I guess I am a big boy and it will all be okay. Right? wink

oh wow we love stalag 17!!! it's our relaxing movie and i love it when the rat gets it in the end. hey...did you ever get creeped out by the guy that was always accusing septin(sp). everytime he would strike a match on his face it seemed like he liked it a little toooo much? especially at the end of the movie when they found out that he wasn't the stoolie. creepy. i think he had a crush on septin.

oh wow again you like to go thrifting??? i love doing that when i have the extra money. cause you can get sooo much for so little.
