Well,my birthday has rolled around again. As of 10:06pm on Saturday May 24th, tomorrow, I will be 29. I don't feel any older I guess. I think the only thing I am realizing as I age is how amazed I am at how fast time passes each year. It's hard to believe that it's almost June again already.

As far as birthday celebrations go, his year will be a little subdued I think. I am getting up at 5:30am to take the boat out and go fishing with my dad, which should be fun. Really, I mean that. Melissa has to work in the morning, so she and I will be heading out to Carraba's for lunch after she gets home and I get cleaned up from fishing.

In the evening I am planning on heading out to Four Green Fields for a few pints of Guiness and some good music. Hopefully some of the people I mentioned it to will make it out for a pint or two (or whatever they may like to imbibe). Melissa has to work early on Sunday so she will probably not be going tomorrow night.
Originally we were supposed to have a cook out with my family tomorrow, but plans have changed there and we will be doing the whole cake and ice cream cookout next weekend. Oh well...aging has taught me to compromise if nothing else...LOL
