The pre-Gala event was so much fun!!! I met some new people and got to hang out with friends again! I haven't had a night out in so long, felt good

Never fear, I didn't actually make it out to the Gala fundraiser, so we didn't miss each other. I was deathly ill....
Anyhow, it sounds like you guys had a blast. I wish I could have been there!
Are you going bowling next month? It'd be a shame if I have to wait until the Gala to meet you!
