i went to a 60th last Saturday and 40th last night!! Yes very crazy times. Unfortunately due to werk i'm in a permanent bad mood these days!
I also realised that i secretly love public transport and its possibly the reason i will never bother to get my license so i can continue to use it. Although the only time i don't like public transport when i haven't got anything to listen to. And i have to listen to other people's inane conversations, i myself have had many inane conversation but i don't necessarily want to share/subject them to other people unles s I'm drunk or on pills. There's nothing better than sitting back and letting the tram take you to work or the city or home. Very relaxing stuff.
If anyone from Melbourne is concerned about the Yarra, I will say since I walk along it everyday on the way to werk. That it STINKS and i wouldn't let my dog drink out of it! Funnily enough all the private schools are still rowing on it and so they should who doesn't mind a perve on the Xavier 8's on the way home!!
JJJ Hottest 100 was quite enjoyable the surge of dirty hippie music is quite disturbing. Too much sitting down by musicians is going today. I saw Xavier Rodd and JB3 at Falls and frankly the lack of energy that they put out does not inspire you to dance to they're music unless your wearing some sort of flowy skirt/head wrap thingy. Then again if really hadcore rock was the go, i'd be whinging about circle moshes which i've decided after watching the Road to Ozzfest on MTV must purely be an american thing.
Any way it's all rich tapestry. My Mum's back too which is kind of pleasant for the moment. Can someone do my washing for me? i haven't got anything to wear to werk tomorrow!
