I was just thinking today about how I needed to start up the yoga again. I am in suuuuch bad shape for me at the moment. Been eating very heathy though. I think I'm going to turn into a vegetable (The kind on plants...not the brain mush kind).

this is crazy...i've received my passport request from the canadian embassy. means i will get my stamp in there soon and can then be a permanent resident of canada...
the whole application process just flew by in no time, less than a year!

anyway, glad you like the new mag! woo! i'm looking into a european distributor so i won't have to charge international orders such an arm and a leg. i hate that.
anyway, hope you're doing well, and thanks again.
