weekend's over...and i didn't clean my kitchen. oh well.
plus i didn't go to yoga class, but went on the treadmill twice. and i looked through all the books i still want to read before i'll sell them...such as the da vinci code, life of pi, hey nostradamus,...yep, there's work to be done. and i will keep on writing the barcelona report,...
and the TV will have a day off. hope i'll make it, fight the addiction.
by the way, i didn't drink a drop of alcohol since that saturday night in barcelona. and i didn't even think about it. looks like that's no addiction i need to fight, but there's definitely one i have been struggeling with forever and will struggle with for the rest of my life...stress eating. instead i will try to drink pots of tea when i come home after work...another way to find relaxation...we'll see....
