Taking my mind off things (i.o.w not being in Laguna Beach) kind of seems to work! I've been busy painting and such. I love it and it makes me feel a lot more relaxed.

I also did some baking, because tomorrow is my 22th birthday!

A typical dutch cookie, sort of like dutch spiced cookies but in a round shape mmm

I also baked a super chocolate pie, and tomorrow morning before my friends arrive I'll bake muffins and a mon-chou pie with strawberries.

Then I've also got the best friends ever! My best girlfriend, who is in Hongkong at the moment, send me a letter with a Hello Kitty t-shirt . My best boyfriend calls me every day and is willing to drop by at any moment if I feel like shit. My sister came by today with donuts and candy for baby dog Lotje!
And my boyfriend bought me something for my birthday, I can guess what it is, but I'll show pictures when I'm certain/have unrapped it. (Is unrapped the right word?)
