I think my apartment complex is the only one in (South) San Jose that is increasing their rent. It's not by much, BUT I haven't gotten a raise for my last two job reviews because of the economy (not even a 3% cost of living increase!). It isn't for the lack of my kicking major ass at work. They would die without me.
I am going to try to haggle a bit with the manager soon. I need to make an appt. to sign the new lease anyway. It would be a huge hassle to have to move again. I COULD prob. afford a small house in a nice area (like Willow Glen) for what I'm paying now. Argh!!!!
By the way, if it weren't for work and errands, I'd also have little face to face human contact either. At least you're trying to get out there and date, etc.

So, yeah, I disappeared for a few days. SG used to cheer me up and lately it doesn't. I am STILL feeling pissed, but deperately hoping that I have some mad form of PMS. I feel pretty violent though, so who knows? TGIF, because maybe I can regroup over the weekend and not feel like this.
