I am back in Lancaster after my first week or work in Seattle. The work seems okay but there is still lots of things to be figured out.
I am taksed to help with performance tuning a java application on a unix server. That's one ugh. There seems to be no map of how the data flows around the network, the second ugh. The third ugh is not having the access that I need on these machines.
I have no access to SG while I am at work and I don't have acess to a computer outside of work. So, I guess I'll only be able to do updates on the weekends or when I vist my friends. I'll probably keep up membership for a time when I have better web access.
Time for sleep.
It's Saturday now. Busily getting ready to run errands today. The big one is shippig a bucnh of stuff out the post office and writing a check for the guy whose car I hit. And then I want to start working on my expense report so that I can get my money back.
And I have to do laundry. Ugh. All I want to do is sit and veg all day.

So, did you have to move back in with your moms or what? I don't know if you already posted that or not but i was interested to know.
The line up for Ozzfest by the way is actually a pretty good one in my opinion, you should check it out. I'm just really stoked about Priest because not only are they one of my all time favorite bands but i've never seen them live before and i've already seen most of the other acts at least once before.
I totally agree with you on your view of "The Rock", i think if he is given the time and opportunity that he could turn into a very good actor.
