Well T minus a bunch of damn hours and counting, I got this thing up and running again, now I get to go through the joyus task of reinstalling all my software. YAY!
It is working like a dream though, that means more money for car parts since I dont have to buy a new comp.
Oh and I forgot to add, I went shooting yesterday morning, got my new Remington 700 sighted in some what, going to wind up doing a trigger job on it because the pull is horrid, up around 6 pounds and I want it at 3. I was only able to shoot a 3" group at 100 yards with it. That was pretty sucky for a scoped rifle.
On the other hand I did shoot Uncle Dons Springfeild M-1 30-06. This was my frist time shooting 30-06 and iron sites period. I shot a 8 inch group with 8 rounds at 100 yards my first time, and then nailed the next group inside of 5. I was damned proud of myself!!!
Thinking I am going to buy me a M-1A I really enjoyed that gun!
