He did, for some reason, come and bring a bunch of his slides back to my microscope station yesterday under the guise of teaching; however, it was all bullshitting, no teaching. Interesting similarities. Both our mothers left our fathers for other men while we were in medical school. Our mothers are passive-aggressive and often cruel, and have left us with serious trust issues. We both have the same obsession with trashy British movies and novels. We both drive Cherokees. Wild.
Dinner was five feta-stuffed olives, and goddamn were they good.
