I spent a lot of cash today. damn 40% off everything sale at Suenos! At least I got a good birthday gift for my friends. And cheap. I then went to Target, however, and got an iPod shuffle, natch. I can't wait till iTunes has finished converting all my shit from Media Player so I can get the show on the road.
Then I went to the Tempe art festival, and cursed everyone there because they were either old, fat, or retarded (read: using a stroller without caution). That sucked but the $5 lemonade was yummy. I would have brought Boy-Who-Can't-Pick-Up-the-Phone's (from here on out, BWCPUTP) dog but of course, he didn't call, so...... it's just so EASY to make a call when you say you're going to. I would think it would be easier to just make the fucking call than to have to grovel about it the next day.
I did go to Fry's Electronics in Tempe to buy the iPod first but the little shithead working the MP3 player aisle was such a dick I couldn't bear to give them my cash. He was trying to hard to sell me some other, cheaper (?) player and was talking all kinds of shit about the Shuffle. He even said, "Well, now if you want to find a specific song, oh, let's say Boulevard of Broken Dreams by Green Day, you wouldn't be able to do that on the Shuffle.." and I just looked at him like you frigging little moron.
OK. Off to decoupage a Kleenex holder with loteria cards and milagros picked up for dirt at Sueno's.
