I am a fat fuck.

I just ate up half a bag of fake beef crumbles with taco seasoning and looooots of hot sauce with tortilla chips.

Work's been wicked busy. I had a massive cancerous colon to deal with this morning. The colon in and of itself is not bad. Picking through all the fat around the colon, fruitlessly searching for wee little lymph nodes, bites my ass. It took forever and was a fucking greasy mess by the time it was over with.

Yesterday I had a huge ovarian cancer case that took forever. Last week I had a spectacular bilateral radical neck dissection case for tongue cancer. It took me over 2 hours to gross it in. Fucking God. However, my dissection was complimented at length by one of my bosses (never mind that he threatened to kill me this morning, with only a trace of irony).

Today was just fucked up. It's weird how the world's perception of you and how you think the world views you can be so radically different. I'm sure that could have been said in a far more concise manner, but Ben & Jerry's awaits. Cocksuckers!
