Okay so the much requested ... maybe, real journal update
prewarning: This journal entry will intrinsically be about nothing cuz thats whats been happening in my life these past few days pffffft nuthin.
So where to start, albeit digging through piles of nothing is tough work. So I picked up audio files of the new Newfound Glory, the Final Fantasy 7 soundtrack, this band called The Early November, the new Jay-Z cd and I must say Im impressed with them all. I really wanted to like the new NFG since I used to love that band and I do like most of it. Ending in Tragedy I've been listening to a lot same with I don't wanna know and all down hill from here. They are SO catchy I can't help but sing along. Final Fantasy 7 has a bunch of zen like tracks that make me go wow I wanna chill. New Jay-Z what can I say yo. he makes me wanna check hip hop again but then I remember that only a small handful of hip hop artists are worth listening to.
I've been debating checking out the new Slipknot CD. I liked their first CD and didn't like much of their second one I don't like the 2 new songs I've heard already but people are telling me its good even if you don't like slipknot which I can say I don't. but I can always just go to bittorrents and get mp3s for free. Now I know what your thinking a music enthusiast like me using mp3s veritable stealing of the thing I love so much ... well I do use mp3s but I use them what they were meant for .. research .. blah blah blah holier than thou .. blah blah blah.
So is this long enough for some Scattershot renaisance. I got my webcam working again so I put up some.. dude Im hella-bored posing stupidly in front of the webcam to make funny caption pics.
no new band news.... none of you have bought the cd.. what gives. I guess no one is literally going to put their money where their mouth is are they? well I wouldn't want you to be dissapointed with your purchase. Those who don't like screaming lyrics wouldn't dig this... cuz well you know the story I've said it a gagillion times here.
So I joined the hair group and quit SGCanada. My reasons are my own. but Im a hair boy at heart and have no reason to shout Canada at the top of my lungs.
OH MAN I saw this weird as all hell awesome 80s movie the other day that I have no idea what its called.... from what I could tell Corey Feldman was playing this young guy who looked like a vampire but was the young incarnation of an older guy trying to relive his youth, and the girl from fast times at ridgemont high was his girlfriend. There was this whole thing about dreams which felt like Nightmare on Elm Street without Freddy Kreuger and all these rad 80s drum machine tunes, a prom night and a dude with a gun. It was everything an 80s movie should have been... anyone know what movie Im talking about?
I have some more art to put up too but I don't know how to make a picture fit here without shrinking it down to hella-small size. any help?
So there ya go a whole lota nothing. Someone please get me out of here before I drown in nothing and start making paper mache animals and treating them like my children.
