I've been at work for near on two hours and all I've managed to do is swap the backup tapes and sort a few user profile issues. I'm obsessed with this site. I truly am.

This weekend has been happily planned to be little more than a commercial adventure in spending.

Shoes *joy* and furniture are on the agenda. I'm very excited about it....

open relationship... hmm... that'd be neat. then i wouldn't be so scared of commitment... i had a foursome once...? it was neat... and, you know, hot...

i hear tell that your happy little dance is pretty sexy... think we're just going to have to compare. (now THAT'S hot).

it must suck to have women notice you... you know, really suck. because... women... are... really hot... dammit! days like this i wish i had a penis... although that would hinder other things... hmmm... wink all over the board tonight.

i kind of agree about Jet but i still end up shakin my booty to it. have you heard of this band? Gonga i have a mix from XRay magazine out of the UK and i kind of dig their song. i wonder if it would be something you would like?

What is it about men in offices? Why do they eventually start to act as if they're at home? Is there a certain age they reach where they will pass gas and pick their nose in front of everyone?

I ask, no, plead, that my male co-workers immediately cease and desist in all manner of nose-picking, ball scratching and farting while in my presence....

Ah, yes, that would be why I will do whatever I can to stay away from working in an office. Men in offices in general creep me out a little.

I tend to like sneakers on others, but not so much for me. Ah, well. Some people look at my book obsession like I'm insane. I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've gone into a book store and not bought something.

I think that your choice of fav girls says about as much about you as does the bands you list as your fav bands, or books or films. Which is to say: not much at all. Some people try to extrapolate personalities or other qualities based on tastes, but that's foolish. Taste is arbitrary; it conforms to no logical process.

I've had much the same problem with buying things for loved ones. Rarely I've been able to solve the problem by buying something and hiding it away from myself until a designated gift-giving moment. Doesn't usually work. I'd buy her the boots, probably.

Reading the boards can be amusing. Posting on them leads to digging out your eyes with a spoon. Or so I've heard.

No, I recieved no dinner before the brain eating. No respect, I tell ya.
smuffy:
The simple fact is that you deserve my attention. After all, I get it back from you.

I will upload the picture of my eyes in my pictures as soon as I get home. I liked it as a profile picture too but I was sick of hiding it from my mom. There was a lot of looking over my shoulders type of thing. I really don't need that kind of stress. LOL.

Oh and the new pic does have meaning. Although, I'm not a big fan of flowers I do love the lotus flower. It's so pretty! And trust me I'm not the kind of person that likes flowers at all.

The cemetary is not the only place I get to drive by in the morning. I also drive by some kind of heating oil plant, a storage place and of course the lovely train tracks!smile Really my only reprieve is that cemetary.

I'm getting hungry already. This is not good.

Hi. My name is Jerry. And I'm a sneaker-aholic.

Hi Jerry!

A buddy in the skate shop called to let me know they have all the new s Accel and Koston EK-01 colorways in.

The Carroll 3 Limited Editions should be in the stores within the next couple weeks, and he's gonna hold a pair of 'em for me. There's only like 10 pairs coming...

Frustrated, aggravated and irritated sums up my mood this fine and chilly Monday. Walked in to find the server's UPS screeching like a banshee. Turns out our highly paid consultants failed to configure it.

Assholes.

And, why pray tell, did we need these consultants? Well, ya see, using the weakest logic I've ever heard we're now running Windows 2003 Server. I had to give up...

Hello Jerry!!! love love love

I'm still at home. I'm going to work in like an hour. I think I heard my mom say that by today we will have our Internet working. Cross your fingers.

I've been feeling like a zombie myself. I went to bed at 5AM on both Saturday and Sunday morning and woke up at 9AM both times. I was finally able to pass out early last night and get some sleep but I still have a headache for some reason.

We both need to get our shit together and keep each other company again.biggrin

Talk soon. Hopefully today.

One week of higher than normal stress levels, a complete and utter lack of sleep, and I wake up this morning with a sore throat.

Of course, today I have to put in the new file server. Which, in turn, means even if I'm still killer sick on Monday, I have to come in to deal with the Lusers and their likely problems with the...

It rubs the lotion on its skin, or it gets the hose again.

I ♥ The Family Guy. It's the only thing keeping me sane right now.

I know it's from Silence of the Lambs but it's funnier when Stewie says it. Hell, "taint" is funny when Stewie says it.

Correction: saying "taint" is always funny.

taint... taint... taint... taint... taint... taint... taint... taint......

i think stewie was at his best when he said, "until then, you can sanitize my crevasse, and be damn grateful for the opportunity!" but taint was good too. he. dangly. tongue

Sounds like you're two steps away from creating your own little fight club. Not a good mental space to be in, I don't think.

Reminds me that one of those days I'm going to have to track down the theme song to Better Off Dead. And I'll have to purchase the film as well. So many entertainments, so limited funds.

I do agree that critiquing Robots in Black will be fruitful, my concern is that many will not be satisfied merely using the film as fodder. Remember Starship Troopers? Those that despise that film seem to mostly base their hatred on the fact that it was a poor adaptation. Rarely is there a discussion of that film that doesn't degenerate into that type of criticism. I fear Robots in Black will suffer the same fate; few will speak or write intelligently about its flaws and will instead focus on the fact that it's not true to the source material. Perhaps I should actually wait until these criticisms come up until I rail against them.

Vans is offering up Vans Customs™ slip-ons.

Looks pretty neat.

Although, I'm still waiting on my Lakai Carrol 3 Limiteds. The local shop got the Howard 3s in, but they're ugly as dogshit.

Went skating again yesterday at the plaza by my house. It has some sweet ledges, and beautiful almost skate park smooth concrete leading up to them. Followed by an irresistible rounded stair set.

Problem was there was a small girl throwing a massive tantrum. Her parents had decided it was time to go. She had other plans. The parents had simply picked up and left...

the only catch is that they call you the next day and give you a hard sell on all the accessories and extended warranty.
