What is it about men in offices? Why do they eventually start to act as if they're at home? Is there a certain age they reach where they will pass gas and pick their nose in front of everyone?

I ask, no, plead, that my male co-workers immediately cease and desist in all manner of nose-picking, ball scratching and farting while in my presence. Moreover, don't do it while I'm sitting in the room fixing their computer.

And no, I didn't think "that was a good one."

I shudder to think where they're putting the snuggets once they've finally struck gold. Is it any wonder I'm a hand-sanitizer addict? Especially if you consider I know a good number of them spend a portion of the day with their office doors closed looking at "hardcore ass pumping action".

No one should have to inadvertently touch crusty remnants of someone's lovin' spoonful whilst installing security patches.

*shudder*

Following yesterday's theme of sneaker-aholism, here's a couple pics of the shoes I'm currently drooling over:

Accels in Brown, Tan and White:

Accels in Black, Green and White:

Accel Plus in White and, get this, snake skin! *drool*:

EK-01s in White and Green:

And, of course, the Holy Grail, the Lakai Carroll 3 Limited Edition:

As has been pointed out to me, no man should love shoes this much, but I don't care, I loves them. Yes, my preciousssss.

Anyone else get a bit paranoid about their choices of Favourite SG pics after Audio's comment in this thread?

What do you think? What do a person's "Favorite SG Pics" say about them?

Geez, what do mine say about me? eeek

----------------

Amanda's getting twitchy about shoes these days too. There's a pair of boots she's been eyeing up for a couple weeks now. When we walk by the store she whimpers a little more each time. I may have to buy them for her.

biggrin

----------------

Her birthday is in two months. I have a hard time holding off buying her "stuff" until occasions roll around. If I buy a ton o' junk early, there's nothing she really wants available in the stores when the time comes around. This happened last Christmas as I continuously bought her gifts. When that damnable holiday finally rolled around, there was nothing more she really desired stuff wise.

Now there's a bunch of things I'd like to buy her now, and holding off on the purchases is driving me buggy.

I like to buy her pretty things. It gives me a happy.

Correction from a couple days ago: I've had it with posting on the boards. I still read 'em. Gots to know what's goin' on, ya know?

Benni "friended" me yesterday. *does happy dance*

Ah, yes, that would be why I will do whatever I can to stay away from working in an office. Men in offices in general creep me out a little.

I tend to like sneakers on others, but not so much for me. Ah, well. Some people look at my book obsession like I'm insane. I can probably count on one hand the number of times I've gone into a book store and not bought something.

I think that your choice of fav girls says about as much about you as does the bands you list as your fav bands, or books or films. Which is to say: not much at all. Some people try to extrapolate personalities or other qualities based on tastes, but that's foolish. Taste is arbitrary; it conforms to no logical process.

I've had much the same problem with buying things for loved ones. Rarely I've been able to solve the problem by buying something and hiding it away from myself until a designated gift-giving moment. Doesn't usually work. I'd buy her the boots, probably.

Reading the boards can be amusing. Posting on them leads to digging out your eyes with a spoon. Or so I've heard.

No, I recieved no dinner before the brain eating. No respect, I tell ya.

The simple fact is that you deserve my attention. After all, I get it back from you.

I will upload the picture of my eyes in my pictures as soon as I get home. I liked it as a profile picture too but I was sick of hiding it from my mom. There was a lot of looking over my shoulders type of thing. I really don't need that kind of stress. LOL.

Oh and the new pic does have meaning. Although, I'm not a big fan of flowers I do love the lotus flower. It's so pretty! And trust me I'm not the kind of person that likes flowers at all.

The cemetary is not the only place I get to drive by in the morning. I also drive by some kind of heating oil plant, a storage place and of course the lovely train tracks!smile Really my only reprieve is that cemetary.

I'm getting hungry already. This is not good.
