I was thinkin' how there a number of LimboGirls whose sets I'd like to see go up. The mary set today so kicked ass, but I'd like to see Malloreigh get her set up -- if only 'cause she sounds like she's pretty down and I figure she'd throw a happy fit if it came out, and Kira -- since it sounds like she's been waiting a while.

No don't get me wrong, I wanna see 'em nekkid as much as the next guy or girl around these parts, but I've read through their journals and I think they're both complete sweet-hearts. Hence, if it would give 'em joy to see their sets go up, I'd like to see that happen.

I also want to find the rest of my Starman comics. I know they're buried somewhere in the stcks of comic book boxes, but I haven't wanted to bother digging through the mess to find them. Talkin' about comics today made me want to go and buy a bunch today. I have a major hankering for 'em. It's been awhile since I bought some, as I hate collecting series, adn loathe spending 5 bucks a book.

I remember when comics cost a quarter a book. 35 cents if it was "King Sized". Damn, those were good times. 5 bucks got you a bunch of comics, a pack of hockey cards and a slurpee. Kill an afternoon or two with 5 bucks in your pocket.

Now I can't even buy one decent comic for that price. Meh.

I'm not cheap. I'm just old. biggrin

EDIT: And I want my freakin' crownfarmer shirt.

Most of the comics I collected when they were still twenty cents were Sgt Fury, Richie Rich, Hot Stuff, Disney, Combat (hell of a mix huh?). Though I think that I had my comic book epiphany when I was ten years old I bought a copy of Plop! The strange stories and cool Basil Wolverton covers opened my eyes to a whole world of comics I had not explored!

hope your staying warm up there brrrr!
