Yesterday's leg workout left me completely destroyed. My legs and glutes feel like they've been hammered. After I was done, I could barely walk up the stairs. It was awesome.

the forecasted temperature keeps going down. originally it was supposed to go up to -1 today! then it was supposed to be -2 by monday. that's gone down, too. dammit, janet...
