Nothin' much to say. It's "leg day". The most painful workout day of the week. I hate workin' my legs. Bad knees, ya know.

Anyway, uploaded a pic of ma house and of Amanda and me. That's all.

Well, that was the most pointless journal entry I've done thus far. Huzzah!

thats actually a dope split....i should try it...right now i'm doin mon-chest, tues-arms, wed-legs, thurs-back, fri-boulders for shoulders....but it seems like my trieceps aren't 100% the day after doin chest, and my biceps are still wrecked on thurs when i do back...anyway, lookin ripped dude...keep it up yo!!
