I must tell the world, WHOLE FOODS IS THE SHIZZLE!!!

I've never stepped foot inside a Whole Foods until yesterday. Paul and I have decided to take a new approach to eating healthy. I figured if we started shopping somewhere where everything is more fresh and available then I would ONE, become inspired to try new things, and TWO maybe kick off a new healthy lifestyle.

Paul and I have been buying organic from Kroger's lame little section, and we actually decided yesterday to venture over to Trader Joes to do some shopping. Well, Trader Joe's selection was pretty lame, and VERY-VERY pricey, so we hit up Whole Foods, and by God, I AM HOOKED!

They've made grocery shopping FUN! How in the hell did they DO that!?

I'm excited for the change. I hope I can keep it up. I even bought a blender yesterday so I could start making smoothies after Stauf's in Grandview got me hooked on their 'Mango-Tango' smoothie.

ALSO, I was so STOKED when I saw PATTYCAKE BAKERY on the telly last night!!!! They make the most AWESOME organic sugar cookies in the whole entire world!

Anyways, the shower is calling my stinky-ass.
