So, it's been a couple of days since my last entry. I was too busy taking care of my poor dog's bloody eyes to get on the internet and write anything about it.
First, thanks to all of you that were thinking of us and putting that positive energy out there that the surgery would be successful....it was! The Dr. was able to put in the prosthetics, so he will look and feel fairly normal. Yay!
His eyes were swollen up like golf balls for a couple of days, but today he looks much better. We went for a re-check today and the Dr. says everything looks great! So, it looks like we're headed for a successful recovery
He's still in some pain and pretty grumpy right now...he's actually whimpering at me right now, so I better go! I'll keep you all updated.

I really wish I didn't live in Florida so I could come to cool things like your belly dancing show the other night. Especially considering Tigerlily was there too! We've already decided we'd hang out if I was there. I did catch a great belly dancing show put on in Gainesville a bit ago. People didn't know what to think of it and could have been better about tips though.
