I worked a show at a bar here in town with Trapt headlining. It was pretty badass, but a super long day. The guitarist is a sweetheart. Spent a good portion of the day just sitting and chatting with him while he lamented doing homework and talked about his fiancé.
Last night, we had dinner at a friend's house then went and saw my favorite local artist play. Trying to help him produce merch, get him booked out of town, and figure out how to up his online presence. He's amazing, but can't people all too well, and that's where I come in. He came and hung out with us for a spell. He just grabbed a guitar to sing about the thing we were talking about. This boy can turn it ON, though. Just love him. <3
