Stop sucking.
For the first 6 months, you were awesome. So was the Ocean. I didn't have any problems at all.
However, recently, the device has formed a pesky trend of freezing whenever I attempt to select a name from my phone book.
To boot, ever since you merged with Virgin, incoming calls tend to... not happen.
Please stop telling people I'm unavailable when I am, in fact, sitting there... with my phone on and ready to receive a call.

I have the same problem with AT&T. Phone companies are just terrible.

My phone company tried to charge me $1,234.00 for internet downloads on my phone yesterday when I've never even used the internet. It took me 2 hours on the phone to get the charges dropped.
