1. What did you do in 2006 that you'd never done before?
Moved out of my parent's house.
Got tattoos.
2. Did you keep the new years resolution you made last year?
If I have ever made a resolution other than to fight life for all it's worth, I've never kept it.
3. Did anyone close to you give birth?
Some cousins are popping out babies at will.
4. Did anyone close to you die?
My grandfather died.. funeral held on my 20th birthday.
He was a great guy, and I do believe that without him... I would have not had the father I do that raised me in a way that I can be proud of.
5. What countries did you visit?
America. I visit it daily... 'country' is being used loosely.
6. What would you like to have in 2007 that you lacked in 2006?
Satisfaction
7. What dates from 2006 will remain etched upon your memory, and why?
April 8th. I saw Gogol Bordello (Yep... that's a memory)
February 5th (That was the day Affy and I started dating. That's right lady, I remember it... made for a very interesting year, even after we broke up)
April 3rd (My 20th birthday and Grandfather's funeral)
August 17th (The day I moved out)
March 12th (First tattoos)
8. What was your biggest achievement of the year?
Being a grown up.
9. What was your biggest failure?
But there are so many
10. Did you suffer illness or injury?
A few illnesses I could have done without... nothing serious, though

Freedom
12. Whose behavior merited celebration?
My own behavior deserves celebration everyday due to the fact that I have yet to stab someone.

My own behavior is appalling everyday due to the fact that I have yet to stab someone.
14. Where did most of your money go?
Rent and rediscovery.
15. What did you get really, really, really excited about?
I can't remember the last time I was very excited.

I can't say that there is one. I pump too much music into my head.

a) happier or sadder? It's all one, amazingly monotonous continuation...
b) thinner or fatter? Thinner. Conserving money makes Matt eat less

Pillaging.

Procrastination

Same as everyday... just with a grandma thrown into the mix.

I'm beginning to think that I am robotically incapable of love.

Four. Not that any of them were worth much.

HAAS CNC Mill/Lathe Practice Manual

Dresden Dolls (I had known about them... but it wasn't until I live show that I fell in musical love)

A raise.

This has already been mentioned. I was a pallbearer at my Grandfather's funeral.

Fuckin' powerball.... 275 Million dollars is enough to buy my happiness.

Me.

Experimentation on many levels (excluding homoerotic sexual experimentation)

Amanda Palmer and the Suicide Girls

That Bush was still in office and someone hadn't been diplomatic enough to shoot him. Why do good President's get shot?

I do not recall the words "I miss you" leaving my lips or brain stem at any time

It's a constant lesson that I am slowly learning.

That makes me sad in some ways, but it's awesome cause I love robots. I want to become one someday.
