So this P90X is totally kicking dudes ass, I'm sore, My body is detoxing like crazy and I am not at all comfortable with eating salads and drinking water ; however things need to change for me to get a better grasp on a healthy life. Maybe once I get to a comfort point I can ease up a bit and have a bit more leisure food.
