Yes you read that correctly the company has set up a dinner/ dance at this place called the Rialto in Joliet IL. Normally I'd pass for the fact that the majority of my co-workers are hillbillies I can't turn down having a beautiful girl dance with me at least once under the magnificent ballroom like decor. Yes I have a romantic side. I am a bit shy however and asking a girl to go when I don't know many to begin with well its not easy being my options are either retail girls I think are cute and have absolutely no information on except a quick look at a name tag or getting just thirsty enough to think I'm a genius which lets be honest I'm awesome

The new job is a Call Center job with a major Financial institution (ie bank) Basicly a phone teller, it's a good starting point to actually get my life together
Eh, the neighborhood is getting a little quieter with the cold weather. It always makes me look forward to winter, when it's usually too cold for the gang bangers and other losers to be hanging around, especially at night. This summer was actually a little bit quieter than last summer, so I'm hoping the gang bangers are getting driven out. I know more and more decent people are moving into the area because of the affordable housing, so I do have hope that things will continue to get better.
