made a pretty big decision this weekend. might not seem like it to most people but for me I've had them since I was 15. i took out my plugs this weekend. I woke up on Saturday and my left plug had fallen out. I really didn't want to go through the crap of going threw all of it again so I pulled out my right one and now the only remaining piercing I have is my Lip. I have been coming to the decision to get rid of them soon enough being that I plan to work in a hospital in the future. Granted our world has come a long way as far as being ok with things, I doubt they would take me seriously with the metal and colors all over my face.
These are my plugs in true rude boy fashion I chose checkers
They were 2 gauge
lol the nail polish will eventually wear off as well however I will continue wearing my lip the way it is and my nails will probably stay the same for the next year or so before I plan on dawning scrubs and then maybe a white coat. Pretty cool though I'll leave you with this in light of the white coat idea

I'm a church secretary and believe it or not, they don't care about my piercings. Unless you''re doing a residency they probably wouldn't mind clear plugs.

true, maybe soon I'll start again but I'm actually ok with it they, to be honest the lack of smell ( and you know what I'm talking about if you've stretched your piercings) is worth it alone lol.
