Ok, It is decided , as much as i hate to amit it i am a sorry work aholic and this is gonna be hard but for the sake of my life i have to do this.
i have to stop the ten hour days and work part time , i am killing myself and honestly i been sick more days than i have worked lately . my paycheck allready sucks so money isnt an issue here it is honestly a matter of health. i am gonna be sacificing alot here. but those who love me will understand and vowed there support. and that is alot more than i expected.. i am subborn and independant and for me to do thjis is hard , very hard.
i am gonna wean myself from work slowly but surely. sounds silly i know but unless you have the morbid fear of homelessness like i do trust me it isnt easy to live without economic certainty. perhaps another door will open as things tend to. who knows, all i know is that i need to slow the hell down . 
after all i want to be here another 43 years.
