well i'll just spike up the bangs for now . i'm gonna play it good cause i am trying for some thing else honestly. decided to change up my work schedule a bit. 
dfont worry same 40 hours a week so no loss of money or benefits just gonna do it differently. 
instead of working my backside off 5 days a week for 8 hours. and going out in the sunlight ect. which is horrible for me. i will switch to 4 days of ten hours. i will have an extra break, and a a extra week day off to take care off doctor appointments. which i need. i will not lose any money ! thats the main thing the only down side is i will lose my mondays off but i was gonna lose those anyways. 
i feel this is gonna be much more workable. and better for my health. 
and i get more time to be with all me favorite people especially my beloved vampire ShinobiRyu
