Ok critical update time. ,
yours truely is concidering a malpractise suit. i hate to do it but i can't see any other recourse. my health is suffering as well as my finances. i am almost in ruins from paying 140 dollars every payday for 1/3 the amount of insulin i need to survive. the doctor refuses to speak to me and refuses to correct my prescription. his sec. simply hangs up on us. my perscription as it stands is for 15 doses of 60 units 70/30 mix insulin . i am supposed to be taking 3 doses of 60 units of insulin a day. one with every meal., i am paying 140 dollars for basically 5 days woth of insulin, i often skip doses so i can have some for two weeks. because i cannot afford more. or i get the insulin and skip things like my heart meds or my anti spasim meds. at any rate i get sick miss days of work, my job is in jepardy, my health sucks, and frankly my disposition bites. not only that but i have irreverseable nerve damage as well as vision deteration. so if any of you out there know of a good lawyer willing to take this on who is licensed to practise in the state of Nevada let me know. i hate things like this but i dont want to continue to be mistreated.
