Ok so i am not at my best right now. i'm trying 
want to say thank you to all my friends out there, especially Shinobi . thanks for talking me home in one piece. i needed it. things are still happening but i am gaining controll. and i am saying no to things. it is not my fault. and i am not a martyr. and if my family dont like it screw em. 
after all i got my kids and i got Shinobi and with Gods help it's all i really need. 
and i got my SG friends. and i love all of yas.

Don't worry about being a little down, hell from the way it sounds, you're entitled to being bummed out.
