I was Pondering something last night whilist i was Tossing and turning, (i hardly ever really sleep) why is it when a woman from a inpoverished nation is photographed topless it is called national geographic and it is ok the have her picture out on the coffee table and in doctors offices and we can show grandma and the kids, however when a woman from a so call civilised country takes off her top and and trys to walk down the street it is called public indecentcy? 
i am soooooooo confused.
