Yes i am ok very ok in fact. 
dont yas worry. i am looking into a gastric bypass . it is so i can take the load off my heart and pancreas. that is what the surgery is about . my doctor and i are going over things to see if it's ok to do it. it's just that with my a1c level being 11 and it should be 7 or under. and my blood sugar at 250-400 i think you can see why i need this. and believe it or not vanity isnt really an issue . in other news also looking into a small business venture with my sweetie. and it involves art. 
so that ought to be alot of fun and stuff. and yes i'm going to show you MY STORE please consider a postcard.
