well enough said the holidays are here, and along with it my usual holiday illness i dont know if it's me or what . been like this ever since my parents divorced in 1971 and my mom left my dad on Christmas eve. 
that and some other things that happened on Christmas in my youth i'd rather not speak about. to be honest, it has only been since 2000 that i actually celebrated Christmas since 71. and i am thankful that i have come this far thanks to some really wonderful people in my life. i think what opened my heart to the holidays was a small child i met in the netherlands in 2000 who took the time to tell me in his best english. all about sinterclaus. and why i should never put out my golashes on Chirstmas eve. and then the vist up north to meet my beloved and to see the holiday season begin. and of course being a Christian again in the proper european way. 
just so many things and lots of growth.
and more growing to do as well.
so now my Christmas wish list.:
#1 Abloish the death penilty! Lets work towards redemption and rehabilitation, even those on death row can be saved and rehabilitated. taking a life for a life is not justifiable in this world.
#2 Work on a Cure for aids and other diseases and make the cure available to everyone regardless of money, social status and location. Have you hugged a leper today? I have and was hugged back.
#3 Work towards gobal tolerrence and universal understanding of one another. lets start to understand other cultures by not forcing ours upon them.
#4 End hunger! and end Poverty!
#5 Allow better imigration policies for those wanting to be with loved ones and help support each other. allow exceptions for those who choose to co-habitate or those who wish to care for frindes and loved ones not blood related.
This can help ease the cost of medical, housing and other state paid expensises for the sick and elderly.
#6 good health to all.
#7 Friendship for those without a friend.
#8 warm shelter.
#9 a gift for every child.
#10 and finally for myself, a diabetic choclate bar.
