No hot water at work makes shampooing heads really unpleasant for all. Thank God they replaced the water heater, because Saturday I made hardly any tips, and got a lot of really unhappy faces when I had to rinse color with frigid water. My boss told me that I do a good job, and that pumped me up, esp. since I felt like last week everyone was ganging up on me and making me feel woah inferior.
