Does everyone find that the majority of their unsolicited email is in Russian, or am I just lucky?

He sat next to me on the subway, nose pressed deep into a thick sheaf of stapled-together papers. The cover sheet was yellow, the contents were monospaced, and on the cover centered in bold was a sentence that contained the phrase HAVE BEEN CHARGED WITH A CRIMINAL OFFENSES.
