so i finally got my G1....love it...but the damn thing won't update...after god knows how many calls with tmobile, they finally decided that my phone is defective. so they're sending me a new one, priority mail, dropping the upgrade fee, and crediting my account 20$ to ship the defective one back (when in fact i plan on only spending...10$ to ship it)....so yea...fun fun.
