well, yesterday i went rollerblading on the VA beach board walk; did about 11 miles... :-D and today im going canoeing (sp?), on the dismal swamp canal....wonder what kinda wildlife im gonna see....dont think im going to bring my camera this time though; 300$ cameras and water don't mix to well...lol

so my legs are sore now, and by the time i get back, im pretty sure my upper body is going to be sore...lol this should be fun.

anyone good at massages?
