so i found this road in chesapeake that was actually closed off from traffic and made into a bike path....well, as it turns out, they allow rollerbladers on it as well....so i ended up skating almost 14 miles today...needless to say, my knees are killing me...it's a 8.5 mile stretch, so it would be 17 miles all together if i were to have done the whole thing, but it was getting dark...man...i havent had a work out like that in a LONG time...
thursday, i plan on canoeing along the side of the trail (its the Dismal Swamp Canal Trail)...i shall be canoeing in the canal; gotta give my upper body a work out too..lol
man, i can't wait to do the whole 17 miles on my skates....im going to need new wheels soon though
