This blog post homework is right up my alley considering I'm a moooooooohooooooooosive gamer!
You know the drill of me tagging @lyxzen @rambo and @missy so here we go!
The question is "What were your favourite video games as a kid?"
WHALE DEN............ the question is where do I start ^.^
The first game that was in my life was this:
Tomb Raider: this game will always have the biggest place in my heart because of my Dad........... my weekends off from school was him playing this and me laying on my parents' bed and helping him grabbing medi-packs and letting him know the enemies were and stuff. Best childhood memories ever ^.^ This picture is from Tomb Raider II (I can't actually remember him playing Tomb Raider I!) But when it came to Tomb Raider III, my mum bought it for him Christmas '98 and he played it until he died in February '99 and TO THIS DAY - it's still on the level where he left it............ Mum has never let me complete it, it's in his memory box and that is where it shall remain forever.
Tekken: Getting my arse kicked by my father was NOT a pretty thing to see.................. always some good memories in this :) Watching him play Tekken 3 I always seemed to remember for some reason.
Broken Sword: THIS GAME AHAHAHAHAHAAHHAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHAHAHA! The level with the goat............. my poor poor mother! She got the brunt of it when she tried to help my dad out with the level.......... Just say, there was a lot of swearing in English and Italian xD
Pokemon: Where do I start with this certain series? For one it's been in my life for almost 16 years....... I started playing it on my 12th birthday. I've played every single game for the GB, GBA, DS and 3DS........... I didn't have a N64 and I got the Gamecube when I was 19 for a certain game I will mention after this one. I'm in works of getting a pokemon related tattoo sooooooooooon and in case you're wondering: My favourite is Blastoise, and I want to dropkick Pikachu and Piplup both annoying in their own rights!
Lastly Harvest Moon: I first noticed this game when I was 15 reading a Nintendo magazine and I was intrigued by the concept - I bought the game, played it and I've been hooked on it ever since... I've spent lots and lots and lots of hours playing this series! I've got all of them for the GB, GBA, DS and 3DS........ I will always purchase every single version they will release of this series! I don't know a lot of people who play this apart from the lovely @manic who mentioned this game in the same blog homework post - I've found a friend for life!
