HaH!! Well today sucked! Lets go thru some of it and you can let me know what you think. If im just bitch'n or if all this complaining is justified.
Why don't we start with me almost getting fired from both jobs this afternoon? I was scheduled to be at 2 jobs at once from 12-3, n when I couldn't find anyone to cover my shift from either job I guess you could say things became a lil hectic, especially when 12 o'clock rolled around and I needed to be at the restaurant. I was stranded at my other job, a small sporting store, unable to leave until I was relieved by a co-worker. So there I was ignoring customers, making phone calls trying to get someone into the store, while fielding calls from my kitchen manager (head chef, top guy, wutever you wana call it). I was screamed at a lil bit then things were ok (I guess) But don't get me wrong, he was pissed, and I'm on thin ice as it is with this job. The whole situation was just fucked up, I can't count the amount of times I've been asked to cover people's shifts since I started working these jobs these jobs (since late August) n the one day I need someone to come thru absolutely no one I work with is available? Lets jus say it was kinda stressful. So anyway the whole thing ended with my boss telling me not to come today, but he honestly didn't seem that upset when I got off the phone with him. I don't know about anyone else but when I work these shitty jobs that I usually work and I have a day like I just had I'm left wondering "I take all this shit and for what? So I can take out someone's trash? So I can fetch some asshole manager's morning coffee? Bust my ass mop'n your floor? Or is for the shitty pay that I make?" Yea it's a life of fucking luxury I live here in VT. What the fuck am I doing? School's starting to look a hell of a lot better than it ever looked before. As for the shitty day in continued through the late afternoon as I proceeded to get into an argument with one of my roommates. Happens to actually be a very good friend of mine that I've known forever. Just over stupid shit, cleaning n dishes.. ., just dumb shit. I'll take the blame for this one, I wasn't in the best of moods but I do take care of my fair share of cleaning n that's what I was defending. We worked shit out, smoked a bowl n things chilled out soon after. Which reminds me, on the upside I did get some nice outdoor nug today, so not all bad. The day ended with me not being able to find company to join me downtown, watched a football game, wrote this and now I'm goin to bed. Goodnite
