It's NCAA Tournament time!
Last week, My mafuccin Mizzou Tigers won the Big 12 tournament in our last year in the Big 12..it was so nice to not have to listen to Kansas fans all week!
But now I'm scared of the expectations that we have this year tho.
Even Obama picked us to the Final Four (which is probably a cause for concern)
I filled out 2 brackets and ended up a Kentucky/North Carlina championship (Carolina winning) and a Missouri/North Carolina game (Missouri winning)
St. Patrick's Day on Saturday!
Christmas Day to a lushy Irish bastard like me.
I'll be downtown Kansas City (again),drinking Irish car bombs,yelling incoherently..just in high volumes than normal. Kansas City's Westport district has opened it's streets to alcohol for the first time in like 30 years too,so it'll be interesting to see how well that idea works out (you can usually just drink in the bar)
Also, all my Boulevard Chocolate is officially gone..sad days.
Anyway friends if you're out on Saturday,please be safe and careful. Act and think responsible. Last year I got a DWI on St. Patricks Day trying to be slick and shit. It's not worth the hassle for the amount of fun you can have.
