@missy @rambo @lyxzen I am pulling this old homework out, I believe that it is one I should have taken care of a while ago, but not better time but now :]
What made me become a SuicideGirlHopeful? Well I have been following girls from SG for years now, as long as I can remember. I believe that the girls that represent this company and community are unbelievably incredible and empowering. From the beginning, I always followed @rambo and @radeo which opened so me up to so many more SG's like @circa @azalea who live in the same area as me. There were so many years of people telling me I wasn't good enough to do this, or I didn't have enough tattoos, or piercings. I know that this is not what this community is about. It is about empowering others, lifting each other up, making friends and most importantly, being COMFORTABLE in your own skin.
So finally after a failed relationship, loss of friends, a lot of alcohol and the support of one beautiful soul, I applied! I got an email a couple days later, saying I was accepted! It was probably one of the most exciting days in my short 25 years of life. So then, I looked and looked for a photographer that would make me feel comfortable and then finally, @brooklyn came into my life, and I am so thankful for her! She was hosting a shootfest in October 2015, and I emailed her to see if there were any spots still available, and there weren't :/ (complete bummer!) but a couple days later, she said a girl had to cancel and she had a spot if I could make it still and boy did I snatch that up faster than a KitKat :D I shot with @brooklyn and our set I solemnly swear... is in Member Review still :] The feedback I have received is BEYOND what I expected.
But the second reason I became a hopeful is because I was hoping there were more girls, like me, who are weird and want to hangout. I have found the most beautiful (inside and out), kind hearted, supportive, funny, weird, awesome group of girls that I get to call my friends. I cannot wait for more sleepovers and beach days to come @mars @kpax @kristyrabies @kiket @prodigylux @rosebudlove @delmuerto (&thot) @pulchra @clarabell So make sure you check out all their sets in MR and show them the same love you show me. These girls and this community have been the most positive and consistent thing that I have had to call my own for the last year or so. I wouldn't trade any of the experiences that I have had, and will have for anything else.
