So far I have been sticking to the cleanse, thanks to those who were rooting for me. It's hard though- when you have a physically demanding job in a fast paced business, and when your band plays shows. Last night my band played a real fun show with some great bands. Plus I got to run into the lovely Claudia which is always a treat. Somehow I made it through my first show without a drop of alcohol ever. And my band has been together for over 4 years. So I am patting myself on the back. But don't get me wrong-- I can't wait to get my drink on again. Especially in Mexico, only a week away.

We are playing again tonight in Long Beach. It's going to be awesome. You should come.
