chris left this morning. but it's been a good time together.
it sucks knowing he's going to be gone for awhile, but the sooner he leaves, the sooner he comes back to get our asses away from this place. how's that for a comforting thought for the sad?
the gu is too beautiful now. i used to hate everything about this place. but now, i just can't seem to get enough of it. what have i been missing my entire life? wanting to leave my home for skyscrapers and stoops when i could have hidden coves and heavenly sunrises?

i think i just contradicted myself up there. anyways.

today was my first day of training for the cafe. the kids are cool. met a new guy who started around the same time i did. dreads, piercings and a smile that could save the world, if it called for it. i call him my barastah. whoo.

school is back in session.
