Hi everyone!
Happy New Year to all of you, and thanks for all of the support. It's been an interesting week, which I guess means an interesting year so far. I'm practicing patience and letting go right now through my yoga practice. I am doing a 365 day yoga challenge with a group called AM Yoga. That means practicing every single day this year. So far, so good. I can't wait to see how I've grown. We did some before photos. We'll compare how the poses look at the end of the year. Here's mine:

I've got some personal shit going on. My mom's real sick, I don't know what I'm doing with my life, and I'm spending some time away from the one person I've gotten closest to over the last year. It's been a hard start, but I trust the universe is conspiring in my favor.
