There's alot going on my world.
Besides the same amount of day to day living, we've got the following:
We're going to be bouting at the Monterey Music Summit
The next weekend we're heading down to Ventura to bout in the Battle For The Coast
Work is insane again with special issues.
I'm doing everything I can to get back into shape in order to shoot stuff.
Um.. haha.. like photos, not squirrels or something. It's time too.. um, for shooting images... haha.. I really want some photos that show me, not rocking the Jersey hair circa 1980 (although I LOVE you Glenn, that hair cracks me up
) hahah..
It's weird cause my whole life I focused on keeping the number on the scale down, where now it's totally different. I want to be strong for Derby, but still in good shape for the photos. I'm having to switch gears with balancing diet and excercise with need and desire. It's a really good, healthy change in my mindset.
I guess I should run. I'm been haning around SG for the better part of the day.

When you find a felicitous strategy that works for you the best thing to do is hang onto it and be thankful, which sounds exactly like what you're doing.
