long on a jobsite far, far away,
it was a hot august day.the year was 2005, in the terrable kingdome of virginia beach , i was at work and the wind blew a 40 foot extencion ladder down off a 3 story houses roof on to .well 3 storys of falling later it found me. it knocked me out for 5 min. then because i weas the only one on the job site with a valid drivers lysense, i had to drive myself to the emergancy room. all the while bleeding all over myself and the interior of my truck (fortunately it was a dark rust colored interior).they made me sit in the waiting room for 3 hours, then took me in and stitched me up. i had 7 inchess of exposed skull total ( the fucken doctor wouldent let me see it because he was scarred it would put me in shock).well the couldent numb my haed caus a risk of complicateing the concussion so i was wide awake and felt every stitch and staple. which was really painless compared to the splitting headache i had for the next 5 days. so 2 hours,13 bags of iv solution, 68 stitches, and 10 stapels later they sent me on my way witth a bottle of anti biotics and some motron .i didnt even go home to take a shower i drove directly to the club to see my friend toms band HERETICS IN THE LAB play(the goth girls loved the blood and stitches). i got 5 days off work and ended up having to sue my boss because he didnt want to pay my med bills(the pics were taken the next day as evidense for the case by my lawier).so needless to say i dont work there any more, but did get my med bills plus $5000 as a out of cort settlement and the ladder was bent beyond repair and never used again.
