Sorry for the lack of updates. It took me 3 days to recover from the excesses of the gods of metal festival last weekend, LOL. and i have been busy with a TON of interviewes this week. i have been meeting some intersting people, i will tell you all in my next post. for now, enjoy some exclusive pics from the festival, with my very personal comments. don't agree on the comments? leave a comment yourself. like the pics? leave a comment. whatever you do... say hello, ferchrissakes!

ACCEPT: These guys are old, but so much fun. And they have a great time on stage too! They conquered the audience.
SLAYER: the antichrist... smiles???? oh mein gott!!!
SLAYER: great set. and this looks like kerry king's action figure
IRON MAIDEN: this man can really play a guitar.
MEGADETH: boring. they raped "a tout le monde", which is a song i love (note to everyone: please play it at my funeral). and please notice how masturbatory the guitar is placed on the ginger one's crotch. i won't say anything mroe on the subject...
MOTLEY CRUE: Nikki Sixx was the best of the lot
LACUNA COIL: i will only admit it here, but i found them a bit boring, and andrea's vocals totally sucked, especially when he growls.. and what the hell were they doing on the festival bill, between obituary and slayer???? LOL. anyway, enjoy this iconic pic
ZAKK WYLDE: he's the man. fun concert. just 6 songs, though.
IRON MAIDEN: they came, they conquered. they have the energy of a 20-year old band, and they played ONLY old classics. no fear of the dark, peeps!
MOTLEY CRUE: thinking about the gig after it's ended, i'd rate it "ok". just that. too many pauses between songs (to allow vince and mick to catch breath) killed the atmosphere. see vince neil with a "de puta madre" bandana. odd.
OBITUARY: excellent reunion show, everyon looked like was having fun! this is the way to go, for reunions! fun, not money!!!!!!!!! and i love iconic shots like this
SLAYER: cooooool
STRAPPING YOUNG LAD: devin townsend rules. and their drummer set the standard that no other drummer on the fest could match. this is the fastest and most technical drummer ever!!!!
ANTHRAX: they ripped the place apart. it's the band i enjoed more, even if joey belladonna was not always at his best during the set. they even teased us with the intro of a pantera song, i was wishing they'd do the whole song (was it "mouth for war"?), but then they turned it into the fnal "i am the law". excellent gig.
MOTLEY CRUE: death becomes mick mars. he look like alice cooper's father.
OBITUARY: this man is EVIL!
LACUNA COIL: a neat shot of cristina, cause i know you all love her.
