BIIIIIG change of plans!
Tomorrow night, for a twist of fate, i will be staying at the holiday inn hotel in camden town, london. just how fucking cool is that????
apart from the fact that apparently there's no cool concerts in town tomorrow night (beck is playing, but he doesn't fall in my "cool" category...), and i am not sure which clubs are on, on a thursday night. i doubt i'll get drunk by myself actually, even if i'd enjoy a pint at the "end of the world" pub, my fave in london!
so, i will then be picked up by a van on friday morning and, along with a dozen of journalists frm all over europe, we'll be driven up to nottingham and to the andy sneap studios. this is very cool, i hope i'll get to talk a lot to spanish and swedish reporters, i'm curious about their press!
and then, uhm, i will have like 3 hours in the studio, and i'll have to jump on a train at 3.15pm!!!! talk about a tight schedule! and i should fit in a photoshoot with angela too. hope it turns out ok!

so, regarding how the busy week has been going so far:
MONDAY - the SOAD gig was awesome. they played 90 straight minutes, very tight, no long solos, no boring stuff. they were on fire!!!!!!! they started off with BYOB, ended with spiders, inbetween they played most of toxicity, which is always a good idea
i think they also played a couple of songs off hyprnotize, cause i didn't recognize them. i was sad that they didn't play sad statue, radio/video, violent pornography nor old school hollywood. but it was so much fun, to pogo on the lines of... "pogo". what a violent gig. i was right in the middle of the pit, once i was done with the photo-taking of the first three songs. here's a sample
TUESDAY - haircut went fine (LOL), i kept my whole devilock intact and trimmed down allthe rest. i am getting back into my misfits mood
the magazine meeting left me all thrilled and smiling. i can't reveal much right now, but it seems like i may get my job back, after all. and with some more money thrown in
the pizza-and-cinema evening was excellent, but i started bleeing from my nose all of a sudden,i made a mess of the floor, lol. no explanation to it. just a stream of blood pouring out. i bet lots of you morbid people would enjoy some pics of it...
WEDNESDAY - the dream theater interview was excellent! i spoke tot he keyboard player, so it's not the usual portnoy/petrucci stuff i heard, and he complimented on me for some of the questions, which he found very interesting. i feel proud of it
well,i still have to do the babysitting tonight,and then move on to the rest of the week. wish me good luck... i am not sure i can post on here until monday, i will be a bit busy with trips and the such.
